OUR MISSION
SEI Maker Plus is a nonprofit community woodworking shop based in Friendship, Indiana, that offers classes, workshops, and events designed to hone woodworking skills. Our goal is to bring people together through community and shared love of woodworking.
WHY US?
We offer a multitude of classes to help train you on all the different machines available, whether you're new to woodcrafting, or just want a refresher course.
We hold a variety of well-working machines, including planers, lathes, sanders, saws, routers, ect. All of which you'll have acess to after showing you know how to properly handle yourself around them.
If you've ever wanted to build your own furniture from scratch, make homemade wooden bowls, or even handcraft a custom chess set, here's a place to start.

Surely, joining is expensive?
No actually! Joining the community is super affordable, only requiring a yearly subscription cost of $60.
What if I've never done any woodworking before?
At SEI MakerPlus, all areas of skill are welcome! Beginners and experts alike work in our shop, often collaborating on projects.
